Using your username and password

If you can't recover your username or password, please contact us for help.

Your username must:

be 5 to 20 characters in length
contain only letters and numbers
not contain spaces or a profanity.

Your password must:

be at least 10 characters in length
contain at least 1 upper case and 1 lower case letter
contain at least 1 number or special character. This doesn't include hashtags (#) or brackets.
not contain spaces.

Using your Digital ID

You need to have a registered Digital ID to sign in or register a PRODA account.

Login using your Digital ID

Is this option for you?

If you've registered your PRODA account using your Digital ID or connected your Digital ID to your PRODA account, you can use Digital ID to sign in to PRODA.

To register for PRODA using your Digital ID, select 'Register now', then select 'Use Digital ID'. To connect your Digital ID to your PRODA account, login with your PRODA username and password. Select 'Profile' and then 'Connect Digital ID'.
