Using your username and password
If you can't recover your username or password, please
contact us for help.
Your username must:
- be 5 to 20 characters in length
- contain only letters and numbers
- not contain spaces or a profanity.
Your password must:
- be at least 10 characters in length
- contain at least 1 upper case and 1 lower case letter
- contain at least 1 number or special character. This doesn't include hashtags (#) or brackets.
- not contain spaces.
Using your Digital ID
You need to have a registered Digital ID to sign in or register a PRODA account.
